Welcome to Phantom Auto Detailing! By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Scheduling

- By booking a service, you confirm that you have provided accurate information and agree to the scheduled date and time.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee of $45. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but timely communication is essential to our scheduling process.

3. Service Review and Approval

- After the completion of your detailing service, you will be given ample time to review the work performed. Should you have any concerns, please communicate them at this time. Once you approve the work and leave the site, the service price will be considered non-refundable.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and tap-to-pay options.

5. Limitation of Liability

- While we strive for excellence in our detailing services, Phantom Auto Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from our services, including but not limited to any damage to the vehicle or personal property.

6. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for removing any personal items from their vehicles before services are rendered. Phantom Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

7. Service Modifications

- We reserve the right to modify or amend our services and pricing at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes prior to your scheduled service.

8. Governing Law

- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States.
